Upon your arrival you will receive sandals to begin your experience and leave any traces of the outside world behind and begin to relax.
We have a changing area for all of your belongings so there is no need to worry about that.

Wether it’s your first time or you’re a regular we suggest you attempt to rest before your visit and come with an open mind.

Sensory Deprivation Floating: Guests 16 years and older with parental completion of waiver in-person. Guests under 16 may float only for therapeutic purposes, subject to evaluation and approval on a case-by-case basis.
Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Vibrational Meditation Bed, and Compression Therapy: Guests 16 years and older with parental completion of waiver in-person.

If you are menstruating, please reschedule your appointment. Floating during your menstrual cycle is not permitted.
If you have open wounds or skin conditions, such as severe cuts, abrasions, or sensitive conditions like eczema or psoriasis.
If you are experiencing a contagious illness or skin infections.
If you have severe claustrophobia, floating may not be a comfortable experience.
If you have uncontrolled epilepsy, consult your doctor before floating.
If you have had recent surgery, wait until you are fully healed and cleared by a doctor.
If you have severe mental health conditions, such as untreated PTSD or psychosis, consult a professional before floating.

Float therapy is safe and even recommended for pregnancy, however if you have any concerns, contact your healthcare provider.

If you are menstruating. Females experiencing their menstrual cycle the day of their float MUST reschedule their appointments—thank you!

Limit your intake of caffeine and avoid heavy meals before your float session. We recommend having a light snack.
Steer clear of stimulants like nicotine or energy drinks in the hours leading up to your float session.

Avoid using any heavy lotions, oils, or skincare products on the day of your float session.

If you plan to shave or wax, do so a day or two before your float session. Shaving the day of your float may lead to stinging or discomfort when floating.

If you dye your hair, avoid doing so immediately before your float session, and please refrain from floating until the color doesn’t bleed anymore.
Hair dye can damage our beautiful float tanks and end up costing you. We take this rule very seriously.

No clothes are needed to float and they are actually not allowed in the float tank. Be ready to wear your birthday suit!

Many people prefer to be in minimal clothing to maximize skin exposure to the infrared heat. Our saunas are in private rooms where you can be comfortable in your birthday suit . If you plan on wearing clothes in the sauna remember to bring a change of clothes for after your session.
