Cancellation Policy

At Kelta, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and provide opportunities for other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe

Appointments can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask our clients to notify us in a timely manner to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other individuals seeking our wellness services.

Cancellation Methods

Clients may cancel their appointments through our online booking system or by speaking with a member of the Kelta team directly (call us at 914-624-0062). For online cancellations, please log in to your account on our booking platform and cancel directly on the platform. If you prefer to speak with a member of our team, you can feel free to call us during our business hours. Please do not cancel your appointment via email.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. In the event of a late cancellation, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your service will be charged. If you have a membership, your service will be deducted from your account and will not be redeemable at another time. 

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to cancel their appointment and does not attend (no-show), a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of your service will be charged. We value the time of our clients and staff, and this policy helps us maintain the efficiency of our services.

Exceptions

Kelta Wellness Center understands that certain situations, such as emergencies or sudden illnesses, may prevent clients from adhering to the cancellation policy. We encourage clients facing such circumstances to reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate their needs.

Rescheduling

Please reschedule your appointments prior to 12 hours before the start of your appointment. Any rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your service. You may reschedule your appointment online (here) or by calling us at (914-624-0062) prior to that 12 hour start time.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds.
