I'm Pheo​. A mixture of goofball and serious. ​

There are many paths to healing ​and I believe in endless/ boundless possibilities for the ways people can feel like themselves again. ​

The bodywork, energy healing, intuitive coaching, yoga, meditation classes, and somatic therapy I offer are deeply connected to my journey of seeking and self discovery.​

I seek to understand my clients and how to welcome them fully. ​

So often we have not been fully welcome, rarely do people find a safe place to land - to recall who they are now.​

We walk around unaware of our wounded nervous systems sometimes twisted into knots from the storms of life. I love to help untangle those knots.​

I strongly believe in the importance of pausing and developing a listening ear to hear the wisdom of your body.​

Conscious Connected Breathing Session

Unlock the power of your breath to release energetic entanglements, shift old stories, and break free from limiting patterns. This private guided session uses conscious connected breathing to deepen self-awareness, clear stagnant energy, and restore flow in mind and body. The way you breathe is the way you live—breathe fully, live freely.

Reiki
60 min- $130

Energy work embraces diverse techniques aimed at restoring balance within the body's natural bioenergetic field. Rooted in the principle of harmony, it supports health and wellness by influencing and enhancing the body's energetic flow. Hands on/hands off treatment.
